The Missouri Plein Air Painters’ Association was established in 1999 by a group of local artists, with the express purpose of furthering the practice and appreciation of plein air painting in Missouri and surrounding regions.

Since there's no membership, dues or meetings it's extremely easy to join us on any Sunday, just show up - everyone is welcome!

   This Sunday we'll be in Forest Park by the Columbus Bridge (three arch bridge) at the corner of Faulkner and Grand Dr.  Weather wise, it will be a bit cooler (in the low 40s) with overcast skies. Artists will start showing up around 9:00 and paint until whenever. For info about and directions to Forest Park, click on this link:
